The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active is an affordable fitness tracker that combines essential health features with a lightweight, practical design. It features a 1.47-inch TFT touchscreen with a resolution of 172 × 320 pixels, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 450 nits, offering decent visibility in most lighting conditions. Weighing just 16.5 grams, the band is comfortable for all-day wear and is built to withstand daily activity. Powered by a 300mAh battery, it can last up to 18 days on typical use and charges fully in under two hours.

The Smart Band 9 Active tracks over 50 fitness modes and provides core health monitoring features, including continuous heart rate monitoring, SpO₂ (blood oxygen) measurement, sleep tracking with REM analysis, stress levels, and menstrual cycle tracking. Although it lacks built-in GPS, it can use your phone's GPS for route tracking during outdoor workouts. It’s water-resistant up to 5ATM, making it safe for swimming and showering.

The device supports Bluetooth 5.3 for connectivity and syncs with Android 8.0 or iOS 12.0 and above via the Mi Fitness app. Additional features include music and camera control, weather updates, phone finder, stopwatch, and compass widgets. Users can choose from over 100 customizable watch faces and fit the TPU strap to wrist sizes between 135 and 215 mm.
