Refund policy
GotgoodsĀ will gladly exchange an item for store credit only. Before sending the items back, please email us within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. We must receive the returned merchandise within 10 days of return authorization. Please note accessories, stickers, undergarments such as but not limited to boxers, undershirts or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Returns and exchanges cannot be made in person at any of ourĀ Physical locations.Ā Gotgoods does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit.

DELIVERY
For all orders, processing and verification times range from 1 to 3 business days before an order ships.Ā Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays.Ā You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped.Ā Additionally, we do notĀ ship to P.O. Boxes.

CANCELLATIONS
Our fulfillment process begins immediately afterĀ an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.Ā All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.
In the event thatĀ an item becomes unavailable, Gotgoods reserves the right to cancel yourĀ order or items within yourĀ order at any time.Ā We willĀ provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment.Ā You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.

RETURN POLICY
All returned items must adhere to our return policy for aĀ refund to be processed:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received.
- Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box provided, and packaged inside a protective shipping box.
-Ā Return requests must be submitted withinĀ 14Ā daysĀ of the delivery date, and item(s) must be shipped back withinĀ 7 daysĀ of an approved request.Ā Items thatĀ do not comply or are sent outside of this window are subject to refusal and may sent back to you.

REFUNDS
Please allow up to 10-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the items(s) and process your refund.Ā Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.

EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our consignment marketplace, we are not able to offer exchanges.Ā Since every item may have a different seller and level of availability, even identical items may vary in price.Ā
If you purchased an incorrect size, once received, you are welcome toĀ submit a return request for a refund back to your original payment method.Ā Please keep in mind that the returns process may take up to 14 business days before a refund is reflected back to your account.
