When will my order arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is offered upon request for an additional fee.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
Gotgoods will gladly exchange an item for store credit only. Before sending the items back, please email us within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. We must receive the returned merchandise within 10 days of return authorization. Please note accessories, stickers, undergarments such as but not limited to boxers, undershirts or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you re-stock your inventory?
Gotgoods restocks periodically and all updates can be found on our Instagram page @gotgoods , Facebook page: Gotgoods and our webstore.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally. However, every customer is responsible for their own Duty fees/Tariffs for customs.
Return Policy

For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Returns and exchanges cannot be made in person at any of our Physical locations. Gotgoods does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is not charged to orders shipped in the Philippines.
International clients responsible for their own duties/tariffs.
