IKEA and Daniel Arsham teamed up to create a wall clock, a modern interpretation of the metaphor time flies. Daniel Arsham was one of 5 artists/studios chosen to collaborate with the Swedish home furnishing company. The New York based artist is known for his work with clocks and time, naming his previous exhibits “Connecting Time” and “Time Dilation”. The wall clock is designed to appear like it's flying through the air. The clock measures 8.7 x 15.7 x 5.5 inches and was released in early 2021 exclusively at IKEA and had a retail price of $45.
