Mi Mijia Smart Projector 2 Pro
Xiaomi Mijia Projector 2 Pro is a relatively portable FHD projector launched recently by Xiaomi. It has the potential advantage of a time-of-flight (ToF) sensor and can add focus functions. Now, it has a Global variant, which means it can run Android TV.
Mijia Projector 2 Pro (Global) also still has a 1,300 ANSI lumens rating, which is far from the best in its class. However, in most cases, it should be fine even if there is not enough light during the day.
The Mijia Mi Projector 2 Pro measures 215 x 201 x 143 mm and weighs 3.7 kilograms (kg); therefore, Xiaomi praises it as a relatively compact home or office content distributor. Although it can also decode 4K or 8K material, it can project 1920 x 1080 images from 60 to 120 inches in size.
Mijia Projector 2 Pro supports Miracast / DLNA / Airplay multiple screen projection methods. Whether you are watching photos, casting videos, or playing games, all let you enjoy the fun of sharing and the big screen.
This means that it is running Android TV (9.0) instead of Patchwall UI, which is also used on many Mi TVs in Xiaomi’s local market. Therefore, this variant can run Netflix, YouTube and other applications, and also has a built-in Chromecast. However, it still has HDR10 support, built-in dual 10W speakers and original keystone correction.
Mijia Projector 2 Pro uses the same PatchWall artificial intelligence TV system as Xiaomi TV, and has been connected to Mijia 1oT. Cooking, washing, turning on lights, and sweeping the floor, Mijia smart devices are all under control. It is the projector and the smart hub of your home.
